The RXM Skim coat is a high solids, low shrinkage, very hard latex block filler. Designed to be used as a preparatory base or skim coat over interior poured or precast concrete, concrete block, or cinder block. Creates a less porous smoother painting surface. Can be used as a first step to prepare the walls for the other RXM coatings.
